安全帽多久需要換

我是摔車了就換 不然就是兩三年換一次

可以洗洗內襯或是換掉就好 不一定要換
除非你看到自己喜歡的款式再去考慮 -
6頂安全帽，那個順手戴那頂，久沒戴的，幾年後依然在，除非大掃除，才會丟掉

本體沒壞 換內部就好吧 一般都不太會換
