在口頭約定到監理站交車前反悔是否違法？

小弟我日前在網路上看到一輛機車
當下就與賣家約了會面時間 當車過來時有聞到濃濃的汽油味 當時賣家說是保養液跟汽油的化學反應
所以沒太注意 就草草的口頭約定說禮拜幾能交車
但到家時發現了這個問題 傳訊息向賣家取消交車
請問這樣有需要付到什麼法律責任嗎？
沒付訂金 口頭約定 -
沒啥法律問題 單純你白目而已

@Vincent-Teng 但你沒有證據也是沒用，除非你錄影，而且如果要成立也要有損害賠償證明，如果無法舉證只是浪費錢而已
