一天都花多少時間使用3C ?

除了睡覺的6小時，其他時間都在用…

五小時以上 基本上就是沒事滑一下

打工4小時沒滑 上課時不時看手機一下其他時間都守在電腦前面

起床之後就在用 尤其是放假有事沒事就拿起來看一下

每天8個小時打遊戲或看劇

一天差不多八個小時左右

無聊就拿起來滑，整個人都被手機綁著了

5小時左右八 看書加學校的作業

只要醒著 沒事 就是用 沒有辦法用真的會焦慮

一天中3c佔了一半的時間
