上班之後 大家都多久運動一次?
只要沒有其他特別因素 就會督促自己每天都去運動
一個禮拜五天 都是下班之後去運動 養成習慣自然而然就會去了
下班就不想動了 基本上沒在運動
每天都會跳繩 保持運動
沒加班就每天, 有加班就盡量兩天一次
每天做核心,但只做5分鐘…
一個禮拜至少三天吧,不想要變肥宅😂
