努力嘗試新的事物，一定有機會

朋友的朋友的朋友?

挑戰新環境，找不同領域的朋友

接觸新事物，隔絕一切安定的想法

轉換新跑道，就會有新想法了

做絕一點 就斷自己後路 你就只能往前了了

多參加一些活動 做一些平常不想做的事

參加一些健康的聚會

離開舒適圈真的超難 還在嘗試中…

主動選擇對自己能夠提升的地方
以及多根對自己有益的朋友聊天 -
到新的環境做新的事情 自然就會了

其實還是要逼自己 想清楚 不要給自己找藉口才有機會

沒幹過這種事
就是要在舒適圈內 -
不用跳脫吧 擴大舒適圈
