鱔魚意麵vs油麵

我喜歡炸過的那種
鍋燒意麵+1 -
會覺得意麵好吃主要是喜歡麵體本身的香氣，自己也比較喜歡乾炒的鱔魚意麵不愛勾芡的
油麵也比較容易糊在口感就不太愛，但油麵的好處在於比較能吸附勾芡的湯汁，所以還是看個人喜好～ -
我可以三餐都吃意麵！！！！❤️

只喜歡吃乾炒的意麵
太勾芡不是很喜歡 -
各有千秋，芡汁調得好的店家用炸的鍋燒意麵很吃香，因為麵體會吸湯汁；炒工強的店家用油麵下去炒會佔盡優勢，鑊氣十足
