如題，最近開始健身，本身有乳糖不耐症只吃分離乳清，但目前還沒找到心目中的五顆星蛋白粉
以下我分享幾款我吃過的：

有一種受潮的味道 我不太喜歡 -
on 金牌分離：3/5
很甜 但還行 -
on 普通分離：2/5
不知道在喝什麼 味道很淡 但至少不噁心
