加班時數換成補休or加班費?

我會建議換成錢，畢竟是可以實際入帳的東西，要是換成補休，說不定還要配合公司其他同事休假，錢比較能自由運用

如果公司是有好好在遵照勞基法的話，我推薦換成補休，年底沒休完它一樣會換成錢，依法費率是跟你加班當天的倍率要一樣；一開始就選擇換錢的話要用假就沒假了。
