一定先洗頭的

先洗頭，髒東西才會一路往下

先抹身體肥皂 再擦洗面乳跟洗髮精 最後一次由頭沖水全身 這樣比較省水

先把身體沖熱在洗頭 然後全部抹好再一次沖

會習慣先沖澡再用沐浴乳 -
習慣先洗頭，頭到尾比較順
