沒有在保養的……但感覺還是滿需要的

要先搞懂是油性肌膚還是其他的 清潔也不能過度 洗面乳洗完惠金崩的話就是過度清潔 痘痘的話飲食作息也很重要 真的長出來的話看要不要擦抗生素藥膏

每天洗臉 一定要

正常洗臉 多喝水

都只用洗面乳洗臉然後等痘痘自己消掉🤣

正常清潔，不要過度，讓肌膚保濕

洗完臉之後，簡單擦一下保濕而已

每個星期固定去角質
洗完臉先擦無酒精化妝水
擦完再擦抗皺精華液
再擦保濕乳液
最後擦眼霜 -
每天洗面乳洗臉 &多喝水
少吃油炸&含糖飲料 才是真的 -
洗面乳 頂多太乾會用乳液而已
