蒸的很容易飽，又會噎到 -
炸的更勝蒸的，蒸的有點糨糊感不喜歡，大部分還會配碗貢丸湯之類的

最喜歡南部的蝦仁肉圓，搭配甜甜的醬，反而不喜歡炸到那種

炸得比較喜歡 蒸的太軟爛了

員林的蒸肉圓也不錯吃喔！

濁水溪以北的肉丸是炸肉圓、濁水溪以南地區是蒸肉圓。
其實各有所好，推薦的彰化北斗，我好喜歡吃肉圓，以前只要去吃都會外帶好幾盒肉圓回北部 -
炸的，北斗跟彰化的肉圓都不錯
