薪水高VS工作環境

薪水高先衝個幾年，後面轉換跑道

先去高薪的賺錢 ~~~ 之後有錢要躺平還是耍廢 都可以

薪水高做不久其實沒意義 除非差很多

如果薪水還可以接受 環境很好我一定選工作環境

我覺得我比較喜歡薪水高的

工作氣氛相對重要 如果在職場上 氣氛不好 工作效率就不好 還處處被針對

看薪水高到多高吧 如果高到可以輾壓環境 那當然高的 不行的話就環境優先

- 小公司裏做高層，抗壓能力好，不怕閒言閒語的，價錢重要
- 小公司做團隊，必須氣氛好，要不然做出來的都是糞
- 大企業做中層，無論如何都是價錢，而且價錢不合馬上走

工作氣氛好上班都開心
錢多上的不開心也待不久 -
不管怎樣先選薪水高的

如果薪水滿意，但工作環境不好就不會想待

生活還要穩只能選薪水高的

基本上還是選錢多的拉, 不然突然變得死氣沈沈 沒錢又沒環境
