關於男女面試官，對錄取的影響？

我覺得工作內容才有差 同樣工作體力活還是派男生

我遇到的男女面試官都差不多欸，主要還是看能力吧

錄取會比較高
除非是看重專門技術有門檻的工作
不然錄取不是問題 -
專業的面試官，基本看的是能力。
