每一小時帶薪拉屎一次

做事要配速剛好下班前做完
同事一兩個小時就去抽菸
一次都抽個5-10分鐘
這應該也是好方法 -
放空發呆，等時間差不多就去廁所摸魚一下

廁所絕對是非常好的選擇，所以上班地點的廁所環境很重要，不然太糟你完全不會想一值待在裡面。

跑去外單位找認識的聊天~

準備好童軍椅到其他樓層的外陽台

茶水間吧，吃個東西再滑手機

戴耳機聽podcast

去廁所拖時間
