是的，尤其是看见新人的薪水还高过自己，心里超不平衡

往上爬或跳槽對手

不用想太多 自己日子過得好就好

不意外吧 很多老闆賺爽爽也不會被員工加薪

特別是大公司, 公司賺多少都不關我事.

但是公司賠錢的時候也不會叫你賠啦，風險承擔的問題，當然也是要適度分紅
