我們都是這樣的 -
就我而已，我會幫部門同仁接
因為攸關產品服務至上，雖然是這樣說
但有時也不太想走遠去接 -
誰比較近就誰接阿 接電話不是甚麼大事情

看當下手上有沒有事跟誰比較近

靠今電話的先接，或手邊沒事的

當然是接待 這個職務的人要接 不然要老闆接嗎

都不要接阿 看誰受不了

誰有空就誰接

如果我手邊沒特別忙，我大部分是都會幫忙接，除非手裡的事情真的忙不過來那就沒辦法了…

我們是有專人接電話的 如果沒有應該就是秘書之類的接吧？

我們是貿易公司, 由業務接

這也要看是什麼公司性質，餐飲業還是其他，很難一概而論

助理或是菜鳥接

原則上都是業助 不然就是誰有空誰接

我上班的地方是誰有空就誰接電話
