為何軍中待不住人

軍中文化真的有點不求進步

自由跟軍裡文化真的很讓人討厭

感覺是制度問題

最受不了的是長官的低能指導
業務複雜化 -
上頭一群低能 只會下一些沒有意義的指導 自然留不住人

上頭做事情亂七八招 下面自然不服

智商會下降 實在受不了

制度實在不好
老鳥欺負菜鳥 -
因為講的跟做的不一樣，又一堆無腦的!

體制跟裡面很多霸凌

人的問題，如果上級大多是能力強、明理的，不會那麼多人待不住

4個月都不想待 制度根本不行

制度阿 陋習一堆 做一堆沒意義的事

感覺是自由度的問題

勾心鬥角 裡面其實蠻複雜的

自由決定了一切

做業務跟督導那些真的太麻煩了

沒有自由，沒有手機，在陰間待得下去才奇怪吧

大家都嚮往自由吧

在軍中當兵的自由度當然不能和外面比呀
