公司賺得多，但薪水卻沒有變多

特別是大公司, 公司賺多少都不關我事.

但是公司賠錢的時候也不會叫你賠啦，風險承擔的問題，當然也是要適度分紅

我覺得如果真的賺很多真的要分一點紅 不然向心力會不夠
