大家晚上睡覺冷氣會開整晚嗎?

會 不然會熱醒 難睡

睡前就先關掉換電風

不開整晚起來整個背都是濕的

現在變頻冷氣其實開整晚比開開關關省電多了，我都不關的

記得認識的冷氣師父說舒眠其實很省電(因為好像開一段時間會自己升高一兩度
用電量與溫度的關係可以股哥一下，差蠻多的
如果是自住，定頻的記得一定要盡快換變頻 -
會~~~而且比開開關關的省阿
