環島其實忘記帶部分東西的話 台灣還算蠻方便買

我是覺得一顆不錯的醫療包跟頭盔上的行車紀錄器還有一顆備用的行動電源(用來充紀錄器)這樣發生啥事都比較安全

信用卡帶好，出任何狀況都能解決

以前環島沒擦防曬
結果手臂、耳朵、後頸都是曬傷 -
好像不用帶太多東西

鞋套 拖鞋 太陽眼鏡 袖套 不然會曬死
