大家晚上睡覺冷氣會開整晚嗎?

天氣真的太熱了 不開到天亮受不了

為了睡眠品質當然開 -
睡前設定1小時，直接睡到鈴聲起來

幸運的是，房子晚上不太熱。

沒開的話會睡一睡全身汗醒過來
