大家晚上睡覺冷氣會開整晚嗎?

開下去舒服了就一覺到天亮了
不會特別起來關 -
可以設起床前一小左右

我是不會，本來都設定吹到一點，但又常常冷氣一停又睡到夢到自己在沙漠，又跑起來開冷氣

以前會開整晚，現在老了就不耐吹冷氣

睡醒就關，房間也還能冷一陣子

開27度+電風扇一整晚，沒冷氣會熱到睡不著

開到睡醒前幾小時關機，可以省電也可以熱醒

一般都開一整天的 變頻的沒什麼差

高雄的天氣肯定是開好開滿。

都會定時1-2小時配合電風扇~
身體長期處在冷氣房也不好 -
有沒有冷氣都可以 但是至少要有一個散熱的東西 或是不要蓄熱

開整晚 睡眠最重要

不一定 看當天狀況 偶而才會開到一整晚

不太會，大部分睡前多訂時1、2個鐘頭

九點開始到6,7小時吧
