大家晚上睡覺冷氣會開整晚嗎?

不一定 看當天狀況 偶而才會開到一整晚

不太會，大部分睡前多訂時1、2個鐘頭

九點開始到6,7小時吧

如果是熱到睡覺時需要開就會是整晚，不然早上睡起時床單和棉被會因流汗濕氣很重

我是開電風扇+冷氣~等到溫度到了我就把冷氣關掉!!睡到白天也差不多了

冷氣定時1小時，然後電風扇開著

定時到六點結束+電風扇

會哦 沒開就少一個感覺

不會 睡前會開定時

不開整晚 早上都被熱醒 還不是要起來繼續開冷氣
