有人和我一樣討厭家人抽菸嗎？

可以跟對方好好談，至少不可以在家裡抽，我自己是聞到就開始咳嗽，不想咳也要硬咳，對方就會有愧疚感了

就盡量遠離他們 或是在通風良好的地方 避掉煙味吧

這個都是要當下說不抽就不抽，要有一個時間點，…很討厭菸味

遠離那個環境吧，畢竟他們想改也沒很簡單改掉
