加班時數換成補休or加班費?

我公司是換成補休，但隔年沒用完的補休也是能換成錢，感覺是滿靈活的，想休或想換錢都可以；我也喜歡這種方式，硬是要說哪一種可能我選補休吧，不差那一點錢XD
