大家晚上睡覺冷氣會開整晚嗎?

會 南部真的沒辦法不開 空調一關直接被熱醒

睡醒前一小時

會,不然被熱醒會更不開心

以前都會定時三小時 可以撐到五點 再起來開
但後來都直接開整晚了 -
都大概設定開到四點左右 睡到七點起床都還涼涼的

我都開整晚24度 然後棉被蓋全身包緊緊 實在舒服

定時到6:00，起來不會流汗

變頻的冷氣都不關的 保持低溫反而比較省電

關了 會熱醒更難睡

不会 开一阵就关了
除非当天真的太热了 -
會喔 但是只會設定在25度 太低反而會冷醒
