白宮：美國分析指以色列不對加沙醫院遇襲案負責
美國白宮10月18日表示，目前可用數據顯示，以色列不對加沙（Gaza）醫院爆炸事件負有責任。
白宮國家安全委員會（NSC）發言人沃森（Adrienne Watson）18日在X（前稱Twitter）指：「我們持續收集資訊之際，基於對空中影像、截獲（的情報）和公開資訊的分析，我們目前評估以色列不對昨天在加沙醫院的爆炸事件負責。」
美國總統拜登（Joe Biden）18日訪問以色列。他與以色列總理內塔尼亞胡（Benjamin Netanyahu）會面時也表示加沙慘案非以軍所為，「根據我所看到的，似乎是另一方做的，而不是你們（以色列）……但外面還有很多人不確定，所以我們還有很多困難要克服。」
拜登還表示，以色列被突襲有如「15個911」。
路透社記者稱，拜登的專機已從以色列起飛。
