大家晚上睡覺冷氣會開整晚嗎?

冷氣關了又開、開了又關，那才是電費增加的原因
如果是變頻冷氣，開整晚也無妨 -
夏天開整晚 熱起來更不舒服

以前都會定時 但最近幾年真的無法忍受

夏天真的會開 不然會熱醒

通常我都定個2~3小時，能讓自己舒服入睡就可以了

開，然後設定定時，這樣會涼也不會太貴
