請問怎麼有辦法洗冷水澡

夏天真的很熱的話會洗冷水
冬天真的無法 -
不管多熱都不洗冷水澡太冷不舒服

冷水澡真的洗不下去 還是需要熱水

用瓦斯桶然後洗到一半沒瓦斯就會了．．

去年年底的時候租屋處熱水器壞掉 晚上12.沒辦法請房東來修 直接硬著頭皮洗冷水澡 過程中只能不斷的原地跑跳跟發抖來維持體溫 那時候氣溫只有10度 不會想再體驗一次

慢慢降溫，習慣以後你就不怕了

一開始會很冷 但其實一下就習慣了

寒流來熱水器壞掉 洗到心臟快停了

冬天當然沒辦法 但是夏天現在的天氣是可以的 熱一下後面習慣溫度就無感了

夏天有時才會洗 不過我大部分都是熱水澡

深吸一口氣 跟溫泉去冷水池一樣

有好處 但怕會中風所以還是自身評估一下喔
