上班精實，下班只想耍廢，是不是很爛

正常阿 忙了一天 下班當然休息放空

上班很累，下班真的只想耍廢

就看自己想要怎樣的生活

不會啊，正常人應該都像你這樣吧

只要沒有特別目標 每天快樂生活也蠻快樂的

我是覺得有一項興趣 運動 畫畫 跳舞都可以
至少還有一件事能做 -
下班想幹嘛就幹嘛，哪有什麼廢不廢

這樣很好，不要像我一樣下了班甚至放假還把工作帶回家做

還好吧 下班就是做自己想做的事情啊

這就是上班被壓榨過頭了，下班沒力氣做其他事了。

我覺得是人之常情 要改變只能擺脫舒適圈 但…好難哈哈哈

上班就算不精實，下班都不一定會自我精進了。除非有其他不得不作的壓力或是自我要求高的人
