一般早餐店的話，飯糰加豆漿、燒餅夾蛋加米漿，大學時期常這樣吃。心情好時再加一份甜燒餅。

麥片加牛奶，大冰奶

我超愛草莓吐司+柳橙汁

吐司加炸物.

蛋餅加豆漿，非常滿足

早餐好像一律 包子+豆漿
好幾年都吃一樣的 -
原味蛋餅+大冰奶 我可以這個組合吃一周沒問題

主食每天都會換
但一定要搭配大冰拿 -
早餐店:八成都鐵板麵配紅茶 膩了就卡拉堡配柳橙汁
家裡:蛋汁炸吐司或蔥油餅加蛋 -
薯餅蛋餅加起司 萬年不敗

各種吐司加大冰奶

一個蛋餅配豆漿 或是火腿蛋吐司配豆漿 早餐不要吃太多

鐵板麵加上豆漿 這樣吃滿飽的

只要有兩三顆蛋就行
