鐵板麵的麵種選擇

我喜歡黃色油麵的

鐵板麵只能是黃色油麵或是螺旋麵，不要自以為用讚崎烏龍麵很高級，簡直就是邪魔歪道

油麵或烏龍麵吧

鐵板麵就是要油麵
然後再加上雙醬 蘑菇跟黑胡椒 超爽 -
油麵很不健康 但鐵板麵好像也沒其他選擇了?

只吃白麵的
其他的如果可以換蛋就換
不行就不吃了
尤其是螺絲麵 不喜歡 -
還是油麵最對味，好餓

我們這邊的都是白麵

遭餐店一定是油麵阿
