黑暗之魂3的操作疑問

想請問各位大佬，小弟之前曾經通關血緣詛咒，最近幾天買了黑暗之魂3來玩（都是用PS4玩），但是操作上都說L2是盾反，不知道為什麼玩個幾天後突然按L2變成戰技的起手，沒辦法找回原本盾反的功能，上google 也沒查到，有魂遊大佬可以指點一二嗎？

拿盾就是盾反 副手拿其他的就會變戰技

@波西傑克森 我還在很前期多階段，目前左手裝備盾牌，右手闊劍，但一按L2就會變成持劍蓄力狀態，按R1、R2都會變成戰技

你拿的盾上面有格擋嗎？

我還以為是我把操作設定不小心改掉了
可我看盾牌並沒有顯示有無格擋技能
