我最喜歡的牛排部位是肋眼，熟度則偏好五分熟

我喜歡3分 畢竟多汁很重要

肋眼 因為肉質鮮嫩有油花 5分熟是我的首選 這樣最能保持肉汁

喜歡菲力，3分到5分左右
但外面好吃的菲力好少⋯ -
五分的，畢竟7分太熟了，咬不動

厚牛 喜歡5分 中間帶有一些些血絲的最好粗

版腱，然後大概5分熟
