能達到長官要求的標準就好了 有些人本性就是那樣

可以多給點耐心與引導，畢竟大家都在學習成長

可以試著給他一些指導或建議，讓他知道怎麼做會更有效，別讓他覺得尷尬，慢慢協調就好。

久了真的不行 可以 找對方溝通看看? -
建議他先觀察看看示範的人怎麼做不要急著表現

只能說把狀況如實告訴老闆，讓老闆來定奪，因為畢竟是老闆付薪水

如果新同事的表现影响到工作进程，可以向上级领导或主管汇报情况
