台灣的拉麵哪間比較好吃？

想請問有沒有私藏的口袋店家推薦？ -

我的話都是先看看周圍有沒有那種小店
有些小店味道很不錯 -
中山的隱家沾麵沒了，實在難過

老實話 反而開在市區 那種有裝潢過的 可以裡面坐著吃的 都很貴 肉很少

真劍還不錯啊 視覺跟味道都讚讚

這範圍很廣 推一間台中在第六市場裡面的拉麵店 很豐富濃郁

@Can-c 還是一個選擇的主因，要排隊的店一律略過

先說我是豚骨湯頭派的
連鎖的話除了一蘭，ラーメン凪(Nagi)跟屯京其實都不錯吃
另外最近在雙北展店越來越多的小高拉麵也很推，便宜又可以續麵品質也穩定，是我近期的首推 -
中山站的魚堺 很便宜
