安全帽要選有內墨鏡還是沒有內墨鏡

很常早上要騎車的建議還是可以有個內墨鏡,以免沒戴墨鏡出門 -
其實有的話就可以預防太陽照臉看不到路

我沒特地選，現役安全帽剛好買到有內墨鏡的
戴一年多了，夏天陽光很強覺得蠻實用的 -
其實夕陽西下的時候不管開車騎車都很危險光害其實要注意

墨鏡不是很實用，後來都不買這種

很畏光的話內墨鏡有用

有內墨鏡很方便 但是久了就會鬆掉 就會一直掉很麻煩

以舒適度為主，盡量去現場挑試戴，比較不會踩雷

建議到實體店體驗,店員也會給專業建議,我自己是選沒有內墨鏡的,因為不需要這功能

內墨鏡使用到現在，只能說有跟沒有一樣
是會擋掉一些折射，但不多 -
覺得還是兜不要搭配會比較好
不然壞掉很麻煩還要修理
