「陳時中」是「財團法人賑災基金會」董事長!

去年10月22日，民眾黨立委林憶君，在立法院質詢行政院長卓榮泰及衛福部長邱泰源，關於0403花蓮震災後的善款管理及重建進度。
林憶君批評，賑災基金會在善款使用上的透明度不足，並質疑該基金會高層，領取高薪將善款用於養肥貓，卻無法有效回應災民需求，呼籲政府應加強監督機制。
林憶君質詢時，賑災基金會董事長是「張景森」，他在2024年10月23日缷任。
現在「賑災基金會董事長」是「陳時中」!

比給花蓮縣政府更能直接幫助到需要的人 -
還好是陳時中 不是沒用的花蓮縣政府來擔任~那我就放心了
