要看什麼薪水什麼待遇才對

做好自己該做的就好了

把自己的事做完 出問題了盡可能自己解決 ，如需要別人幫忙，下次也不要吝嗇幫助同事

該認真的時候認真 能偷懶的時候就偷懶啊放鬆一下

負責的心很重要，自己的工作除非需要支援，否則丟爛攤子給別人真的不行

責任心很重要，但薪水多寡更重要

做好自己該做的事，不要插手跟你無關的事也不要造成別人的麻煩

我覺得工作最重要的態度，不是多厲害或多會做，而是負責與願意學。
能力可以慢慢培養，但態度如果一開始就擺爛，再高的學歷、再亮的履歷都救不了。 -

覺得太多請找主管調整
不要甩鍋給代理就好 -
錢給到位態度就有了
