新人比老人薪水還高

如果是大公司一般就兩個狀況
1.你黑掉了！
2.學歷不夠！ -
看能力領錢我覺得很正常

大公司不太可能無緣無故給一個人高薪，要求自然會比較高，也會以比較嚴格的角度來審核你
就算學歷高，名校畢業，剛開始沒辦法做好事情，也還是有可能被要求走人
畢竟願意給高薪就代表你一進來，你就必須是要在短時間就變成可以用的人
題外話，給長官的第一印象真的很重要，剛開始就一直出包的話，在同個長官底下就很難再上去了 -
試著去談談加薪吧，很多大公司似乎都是這樣沒錯
拉高新人薪水忘了那些元老… -
公司只需要新鮮的肝

證明給老闆看 你厲害的地方

往好處想 你不會是第一個被裁掉的老人家

因为大家都不涨工资
-
可能是自己不夠強
-
很多公司都是這樣的
可以試著跳巢看看能不能提升薪水 -
很多都這樣 但感覺就只能跳槽了
