好像刻意這麼做久了就會變得可以開啟變得外向的開關了 -
小步練比較不怕

其實我覺得就是要有自信 自己說出口的話不能自己也覺得害羞 要自己也覺得有趣 就算尷尬也無所謂自己開心比較重要 慢慢地就會變得很外相
