有人照著王剛的教學去煮的嗎

被出征的一位廚師
有夠慘 -
太難了 一般家裡做菜火力一定不夠或是油不會用這麼多

倒是不會學他這樣用

光是王剛的重油跟那個爐子 完全無法跟著一起煮

光是器具就沒有了
沒辦法煮 -
那種方法是適合開餐廳的

一般人家裡不可能有他那種超級大火

我覺得煮飯可以參考別人
但最後還是要靠自己領悟吧 -
王剛的技術太硬核了，很難跟著做，而且家裡也沒有快速爐

沒有辦法跟著做⋯ 可能是小弟技術還不到位
