番茄炒蛋是甜口還是鹹口的？

甜口, 還沒吃過鹹的~

自己料理 一定番茄醬加爆 甜甜的很配飯

兩邊都好好吃!!但鹹的能扒飯!!

我偏好甜口汁多的，番茄要選桃太郎品種

甜口的 比較配飯
所以自己煮都會放番茄醬跟糖 -
加糖是為了提味 不是真的要變甜

我個人認為是酸口

正常做出來的番茄炒蛋都是鹹的吧 甜的應該是鹽加成糖了吧

微甜就好，酸甜酸甜的下飯

一點點甜就好 太甜或是鹹的都吃不下去

我比較喜歡鹹口的 番茄本身就有一點酸甜味了 我覺得不用再加太多糖 加一點鹽把番茄的味道帶出來 配著白飯真的超下飯 如果做得太甜 我反而會覺得有點不像在吃番茄炒蛋
