大冰奶真的是瀉藥嗎？

早餐店的大冰奶就是瀉藥 便祕都會喝一下 屢試不爽

每次拉 但因為太好喝了還是會喝

只要是早餐店的，拉到你不要不要，根本不知道是什麼巫術

還好欸 本來就吃什麼拉什麼了 不喝跟喝都差不多

每天早上只要喝大冰奶 喝完一定跑廁所 -
小時候喝了會拉 現在可能有抵抗力了 不怎麼有用

還好吧 從小到大喝到現在沒拉過

我覺得真的看人耶 我有朋友喝完沒事 我自己有時候空腹喝真的很容易肚子痛 尤其冰的又配奶類 感覺腸胃比較敏感的人真的很有感 所以我現在都不太敢空腹直接來一杯大冰奶
