[已解答]提議: 板規跟公告可以從討論區首頁最底部移到最頂部

對有想發文的新手想要確認板規跟發文條件等等的狀況，不是那麼好找尋到。
尤其是確認是否危車或該發在哪個版面，似乎很多新人搞不清楚。
當然很多人是不看規定…不過我相信有些人是找不到，
提這個建議只是覺得或許這樣可以減少管理員們些許負擔? -
然後之前剛加入時有看到個危車跟禁車的列表，現在找不到QQ
想在發文前確認一下以免觸犯板規，但在各板板規內沒找到…
不知道是不是我眼殘，可以麻煩告知一下在哪一篇嗎? -
