線上教學步驟說明
1.前一晚設上課前五分鐘的鬧鐘
2.手機放在床邊
3.鬧鐘響了點進連結
4.閉上眼睛補眠
5.聽到自己名字喊在
6.起床時發現只剩下你在聊天室最困難的部分是在前一天忘記你要上課
