《Fallout: London 異塵餘生：倫敦》 MOD ，由粉絲組成的獨立團隊 Team FOLON 開發發行。它其實不是一款真正的遊戲，而是以《Fallout 4 異塵餘生4》 PC 版為基礎打造超大型 MOD。
玩家只要在 2024 年 8 月 1 日 20:59 時之前，登入 GOG 平台帳號就可以免費領取。
這款 MOD 的遊戲冒險舞台以「英國倫敦」為主，背景時間落在《異塵餘生 4》事件發生前 50 年。
模組還原倫敦 15 個行政區的地圖、完整配音、全新設計的遊戲介面、數百款新物品與元素（包括 121 種武器、514 件服裝、93 種動植物、425 座建築、203 種消耗品等等）、上百個任務、超過九萬字的文字等。MOD 反映出核戰波及全球，以及資源戰爭對英國階級化社會造成的影響。
由於這款《Fallout: London 異塵餘生：倫敦》是 MOD ，因此想要下載體驗這款遊戲必須要有《Fallout 4 異塵餘生4 年度版》遊戲才行。
目前因為異塵餘生4 次世代更新安裝模組需要降版本, MOD也不支援中文, 建議先領取之後MOD穩定在玩。
