房租約15000
在考慮要不要買房
地點考量a7 a8 a9 a10
假如以總價1300為打算的話
大家會怎麼選
a10的單價最便宜所以面積一定最大
a8感覺機能比較方便
請各位給給建議 -
背得起房貸的話我覺得買會比較好，如果是好轉手的地方基本上不會虧錢ㄉ

先選覺得以後會漲的地方，如果都一樣那就選自己覺得機能好或是交通方便的地方

可以負擔的起先買應該比較好，個人是機能大於大小，主要還是看自己的需求

如果機能較重要，A8較適合；但若預算與面積為優先，A10可能較有吸引力。

買房繳的可以當存錢而且老了別人租屋也有限制年齡

我會優先選少轉車
