工作中的意義感與成就感的平衡

工作的意義就是賺錢
至於成就感就沒有了 -
找到平衡的關鍵是：做自己有興趣的事，並且能看到成果。工作中的意義感來自於是否能夠實現自我價值，成就感則來自於努力後看到的回報。如果兩者能達到平衡，工作就不會那麼單調，反而能變得更有動力。

我覺得工作的意義就是來自於實現自己的專業 發揮自己的所長來做事情 成就感就是從工作上證明自己的能力好 不管是薪水高還是完成困難的專案都可以

用工作的錢去做想做的事，這樣就會知道工作的意義了

少出錯就很不錯
