不只涉詐助理費！北市議員陳怡君收賄70萬 延押禁見

民進黨台北市議員陳怡君，被檢方查出，從2019年開始，涉嫌利用人頭詐領助理費384萬元，並將錢拿來買股票、繳房租等。而檢方還查出案外案，發現陳怡君的辦公室主任張惠霖，收受某建設公司70萬元「顧問費」，再由陳怡君出面，疑似對市府單位施壓，加速建照申請、行道樹遷移等等事務，檢方依貪污治罪條例、洗錢等罪嫌，起訴陳怡君等7人，3日晚上士林地方法院召開接押庭，裁定陳怡君和張惠霖繼續羈押禁見。
